As this chapter closes
New ones find ways to bleed the page
The thoughts of this past won’t quickly fade away
My mind wanders where should I be, damn near every day
But I hide all these thoughts, it’s not time for me to say
Yet I need to decide before it is too late
& create troubles that God would forsake
